So first ,because you dont need to add nothing just to erase some commands
Why?
Because the old one isnt so nice.And ...
How?
Well ,
You just need to erase the train(the crates system i mean)|/equip command|
So gangs for officiality will get a HQ with Car.
And the guns needs to be bought from Dealers-
NOTE:Not from AMMU,or they risk to be caught by cops.

So thats all.

HQ needs the crates..
damn, but /equip has been removed..
reason of crates: An HQ doesn't have a car right? THEY USE the crates.. to get a car.. crates = HQ Points
