Upon arrival at Commerce Dealership the player types '/v' and is displayed with these commands:

/V
/v buy <carid> <carcolor1> <carcolor2> (displays a list of vehicles (like below) to buy with price and ID.)
/v buylock (1-5)
/v buyimmob (1-5)
/v buyalarm (1-5)
/v scrap (scraps for half the Market Price)
/v list (displays a list of cars owned)

- Long list, but this would be the available cars. I removed some un-RPish ones.

To buy a vehicle the person would type /v buy <vehicle ID> <color> <color> and that would purchase the car and place it in /v list (all cars should be spawned and be able to /park).

LOCKS/IMMOBILISERS(time to /picklock and /hotwire)
Level 1 - 60 seconds
Level 2 - 120 seconds
Level 3 - 240 seconds
Level 4 - 360 seconds
Level 5 - 600 seconds

ALARM LEVELS:
1: Sounds an alarm [BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP]
2: Alerts you via SMS your car is being stolen.
3: Gives you a known location of where your vehicle is and if it's being stolen.
4: Tracks your vehicle if stolen
5: Alerts police (example: SULTAN ALARM: COMMERCE) of the theft and tracks your vehicle.

/gps would be great if it's not added yet cuz if your car is gone you can simply just trace it and get your car.
