Here's the Job Guide. After the reading this you should be fully aware of how to get a job.
Start by calling a taxi (c /555 location) to take you to either of the two job locations.
The illegal one (Located behind ammunation) or the legal one(Located just by the Los Santos Police Department).

Legal Jobs

Taxi Driver

Being a taxi-driver makes you able to drive people around town, and different commands becomes available to you;
/fare <id> - Sets a fare on the customer that is in your taxi
/customers - Gives you a list of all recent customers
/opengate - opens the gate to the taxi-HQ
/closegate - closes the gate to the taxi-HQ
When starting the fare you will receive 1$ pr. second and a bonus-payment of 5000$ at each payday.

Car Dealer

Truck Driver

It allows you to take a truck from the HQ and deliver supplies all over Los Santos.
A red marker is shown whenever you step into the truck - go there and deliver the supplies.
Whenever you have done that, the truck will respawn and your job is done.
It's up to you whether you want to go back and do another job.
Every trip gives you 2500$.

Grave Digger

The Grave Digger job allows you to pick up bodies from the street.
A red marker pops up at the place where a player has died.
It's shown as a red square or triangle (depends on your height compared to the targets) at your mini-map. Every body gives you 4000$.

Pizza Boy

The pizza boy job consists of delivering pizzas to different places of Los Santos.
Get your pizza-bike at the Idlewood Pizzastack.
Type /getpizzas. Small red markers pop up where you're supposed to go, and are marked with a red square or triangle (depends on your height compared to the targets) on your mini-map.
When 5 pizzas have been delivered you have to go back to the Pizzastack to get more. You get 100$ pr. pizza delivered.

Illegal Jobs

Drug Smuggler

Get a shamal at Los Santos Airport.
Wait for a mission to pop up, takes about 10 minutes. Go to the located airport and pick up the drugs.
Go back to LS airport to deliver the drugs. It takes a while, but each trip gives you 20.000$.
(A flying license is needed for this. The license is available at the license centre).

Gun Dealer

When being a gun dealer you're able to offer guns to every player.
You have to get materials at the big ammunation store. (Costs 10.000$).
The command is; /offergun Id-Of-Player Gun-Name The-Price
The price of the gun is up to you but must be under 10.000$.

Drugs Farmer

Go to the farm West of Los Santos and get a harvester.
Start harvesting and collect the drugs till you have 25 pieces of them - deliver it and a paycheck of 3000$ is added to your paycheck.

Drug Dealer

Go to the farm West of Los Santos.
Do /getdrugs or /buydrugs. You can now do /offerdrugs Id-Of-Player Amount-Of-Drugs Price-Of-Drugs
