San Andreas is propably one of the most racially colourful state in the United States of America. The most glittering and populated part of the state of San Andreas is the city of Los Santos. With it's famous Star Tower, industrial areas, grooming ghetto's and rich areas in northern part of Los Santos, the city is full of immigrants from China, Mexico, Cuba, Russia, Italy, Spain, Middle-East and the list goes on and on. One of the most biggest problems in the city of Los Santos is the corrupted and un-organised government and mafia families, street gangs, triad families and such. The city of Los Santos was officially formed as early as September 4th, 1781, but incorporated in April 4th, 1850. Since then, the beginning of the 20th century have truly been the golden age of Los Santos with it's growing industrializing. It has been developed heavily in the 1980's and 1990's.

The first thing you should do in Los Santos, is to get contacts, a place to sleep and eat and of course, a cellphone. As you spend enough time in the city, you start seeing people in parties. Parties are excellent chances of meeting "good" people. You never know what you will find in Los Santos, as the city is full of different cultures and people. And just in case you get in a "difficult situation", get a lawyer. There are not much lawyers these days, but you can always try advertising in Star Tower ( /ad [text] ).

Before you even think of going anywhere, you should learn the map. If you wish to do so, you can rent a car from Glen Park or Richman. Of course, if you dont wish to pay for a car, you can always get one in your personal way. Los Santos is full of social clubs, bars, beaches, hotels and motels. The city is rich in literally everything. The first place you should visit, is the license center. It is located in Conference Center next to the International University of Los Santos.



The most recommended license is the car license. Without it, you'll never get away from cops doing their regural routine. And to avoid any penalties or payments to the department, always carry it with you. Now, after you have bought your license and passed the driving test, go to the city hall to get your favored job. You can choose many jobs.

After you start a career and a life in Los Santos, you can start meeting people. The citizens of Los Santos dont appreciate low-lifes and ghetto-raised people very much, so you should always dress decently and stay out of eastern Los Santos, which is full of hoodlums, gangers and bums. It's the opposite in eastern Los Santos. Dress in cheap clothes if you wish to meet people there. Just as a warning. People in eastern Los Santos are usually drug dealers, narcomans so being friends with them can be lethal.
